The Challenge

Teacher Pop Shop required a scalable eCommerce infrastructure that could support vendor fulfillment, custom shipping logic, and operational automation beyond the limits of a standard WooCommerce setup.

I developed a custom shipping and vendor-management layer built around WooCommerce, Shippo API, webhook tracking, and vendor-specific fulfillment workflows. The system was designed to reduce manual shipping work, improve checkout reliability, and support future multi-vendor growth.
